Global Response Management (GRM) is scaling up
operations for three different courses of action in
Ukraine.
*Note that this is an evolving situation and needs
may change.
Expeditionary Medical Cells (EMC):
GRM will be fielding small surgical medical teams to augment existing hospital infrastructure in HOT ZONES in Ukraine for April, May, and June (as long as need persists). We are seeking clinicians in the following positions for a two-week rotation.
Teams consists of:
General/Trauma Surgeon
Anesthesiologist/CRNA - looking for one who can
deploy ASAPEM Physician

Training Cells:
GRM is providing practical training to physicians and surgeons who will either be rotating to hot zones or work in hospital systems. We are seeking physicians and surgeons in pediatric and adult medicine with experience in traumatic injury management and conflict zone medicine for a 10-day rotation into Central Ukraine (WARM ZONE). SoF medics may apply as well.
Training includes:
TCCC in practice
PFC in practice
Management of penetrating and explosive injuries
CBRN
MCI
POCUS
Medevac:
A medevac pathway is currently being developed by the Ministry of Health and expected to roll out soon. GRM is seeking medics, physicians, and nurses with experience in traumatic injury management, burn management, and critical care who can deploy for two weeks beginning in mid-April through June to Central and Eastern Ukraine based on requested need. These deployments will include both WARM ZONE and HOT ZONE locations.

Looking for Paramedics who would be willing to go work in Hospitals in Ukraine. There is
no safety guarantee as this is an active war zone and hospitals have been targeted as of today. Serious inquiries only. 90 day minimum pending abilities to get in and out timely.
PASSPORT REQUIRED. Arms are not permitted.
Pay is 50k/month
Date of mobilization has not been determined as of yet. Please message me only if you are a paramedic (Not EMT/AEMT) and are seriously interested.

I need 4 peds cardiac ICU nurses who are fearless to fly to Poland and bus into L'Viv, Ukraine to operate on and care for 4 neonates with TGA/ IS (2), Taussig Bing and VSD hypoplastic arch/coarc. WE leave from Miami on Saturday, need you for a week. L'viv is in Western Ukraine and not bombed.
